OUR METHOD
Our training and programs are based on the Lean Six Sigma X.0 method created and formalized by Youri Buffe in his reference works on the subject. He is the designer of our programs as well as our pedagogical and scientific advisor. Youri Buffe is an engineer from École Polytechnique, a Master Black Belt, teacher, and researcher in Lean Six Sigma and applied statistics. The LSSx.0 method is an integrated, unified, and optimized approach to Lean Six Sigma, designed as a general method for solving statistical problems. Based on an original typology of statistical problems, LSSx.0 stands out from traditional Lean Six Sigma through a differentiated methodological approach depending on the type of statistical problem to be solved. The problem-solving method is then proportionate to the complexity of the problem, allowing the shortest path to a sustainable solution.

None, our training includes all the modules necessary to obtain the desired Belt level.

Yes, feel free to contact us if you have already completed some training and wish to follow a bridging course.
Are you flexible with the training schedule?
